• Focus: Introduction to caregiving responsibilities, self-care, stress management, and navigating multiple life roles.

• Interactive Component: Guided reflection & sharing 

• Focus: Safe techniques for bathing, incontinence care, skin care, dressing, and grooming.
• Guest Speaker: Home Health Specialist
• Interactive Component: Demonstration of personal care tasks
