BIANCA WISE - FOUNDER
Bianca is an enthusiastic, passionate leader, a serial entrepreneur, and former Emergency Medical Services Lieutenant with 20+ years of Emergency Medicine and Emergency Management experience. She is the Owner & President of Home Helpers Home Care in NW Baltimore and Rockville, MD. Bianca is driven in her support of the WISEST generation of people through quality In-Home Care Support services.
Leading with core values of compassion, integrity, and resourcefulness for the aging population, Bianca founded Charm City Senior Care Alliance to empower caregivers and senior care advocates with the tools, knowledge, and support they need.
Bianca is a speaker, podcaster, and debut author of, "The Playbook of a Mindset Snob, Mastering Your Mind for Success".
CHANEL CROWDER - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Chanel is a Marketing Executive and Growth Strategist. She leverages her expertise in brand management, sales strategy, and market analysis to drive revenue and business expansion.
Her second and very important role is that of advocate and caregiver. She works tirelessly to advocate for the thousands of family caregivers in Baltimore, who balance jobs, children, and elder care—often without guidance or support. As Executive Director of Charm City Senior Care Alliance, Chanel's mission is to ensure that they are recognized, equipped, and connected to the resources they need.
Chanel is a Board member of King Edward's Inc.
KAREN BYER - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Karen is a business operations expert and seasoned communications strategist with over 20 years of experience leading initiatives across nonprofit, healthcare, and small business sectors. She leverages her expertise in operations management, digital communications, and fundraising strategy to help businesses and organizations streamline systems, scale impact, and grow sustainably.
Karen has held leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations where she led digital marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, and multimillion-dollar fundraising programs.
She brings her collaborative leadership style and commitment to service excellence to Charm City Senior Care Alliance.
